Over the past few weeks, many of our locals took part in Steward Training; one in the Poconos and one in North Jersey, which included Essex, Bergen, Hoboken, St. Michael’s and St. Mary’s members. There was a great turnout at both training sites.

Steward Training is a wonderful opportunity to understand how to interpret your contract and enforce your rights and the rights of your colleagues. Our next Steward training date is September 9, 2008.
Chief Steward Training is scheduled for September 16, 2008, location to be determined.
