Staffing Levels Remain a Big Issue at Essex

The membership has been very energized over safe staffing issues, and is requesting a meeting with management to propose solutions to this on-going challenge. Members have been signing a “safe staffing” petition and wearing safe staffing pins to show their support for the campaign.
