Due to financial difficulties, Meadowview has had to cut back on supervisory positions. Meadow View members had their quarterly membership meeting on October 6, and the turnout was great. The Local is keeping lines of communication open with management after the most recent layoffs in management and supervisor areas.
Through the arbitration process we settled several cases, including returning a terminated employee back to work at Meadowview and resolving an issue where a member was being asked to perform two separate jobs.
